Founder, US University Pathways
Dr. Bing Liang is an international educator and the Founder of US University Pathways, dedicated to making quality education accessible to students around the world. Through Forward International Academy, he leads the delivery of U.S. high school diploma programs across Afghanistan, China, Pakistan, Portugal, and Ukraine, supporting more than 600 students.
He holds a Master's degree in English Teaching from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and a Doctorate in Higher Educational Leadership from Edgewood University. In 2024, US University Pathways was recognized as a Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Commitment Maker for its commitment to expanding educational opportunities for students in conflict-affected regions.
